Shipping Partners
Wag Wize partners with major carriers including FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who work alongside local couriers to deliver directly to your door.
Shipping Fees
United States: Free shipping on all orders.
Canada: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and typically range from $30–$40 depending on package size and weight.
Payment & Order Verification
You will be charged at the time of purchase. All payments are subject to verification and approval before fulfillment begins, which may take several days. Orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled to protect against fraud.
Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and fulfilled in the order they are received. Standard processing and fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days before handoff to our carrier. Once handed off, estimated delivery times are as follows:

High Demand & Inventory Delays
Wag Wize is a high-growth brand that regularly experiences periods of elevated order volume. During these periods — which may occur at any time and without prior notice — fulfillment timelines may be significantly extended. Shipping and delivery may take 30 or more days during high demand periods.
By placing an order with Wag Wize, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and not contractual guarantees
- Delays caused by high order volume, inventory replenishment, supplier lead times, or carrier issues are outside of our control and do not constitute a breach of your purchase agreement
- Extended fulfillment timelines are not grounds for a chargeback, dispute, or refund outside of our stated return policy
- Wag Wize will fulfill your order as promptly as operationally possible
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at support@wagwize.com with your order number. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
However, you must understand the following:
- Contacting us to cancel does not guarantee cancellation
- Our fulfillment team operates independently of customer support — your order may enter fulfillment or ship before your cancellation request is reviewed
- Wag Wize is not liable for orders that ship after a cancellation request is submitted if fulfillment was already in progress at the time of the request
- Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been assigned, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances

Address Changes
We begin processing orders immediately upon receipt. Once an order has entered our fulfillment system, we are unable to make any changes including address modifications. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure all shipping information is accurate before submitting an order.
Order Splitting
For orders containing multiple items, products may ship separately and arrive on different dates due to varying fulfillment locations and inventory availability.
Tracking
All orders are assigned a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched to the carrier.
Please allow 2–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for carrier activity to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and your tracking shows no activity, contact us at support@wagwize.com and we will investigate immediately.
Carrier Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Wag Wize is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, customs clearance, postal disruptions, holidays, labor disputes, or any other circumstances outside of our direct control. Carrier-provided delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Wag Wize.
Canada — Duties, Taxes & Customs
Canadian shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Wag Wize has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer remains responsible for all applicable fees and return shipping costs. For questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Wag Wize is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed off to the carrier. If your tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package was lost or damaged in transit, you must report it to us at support@wagwize.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We utilize carrier timestamp data and delivery confirmation records when reviewing all claims. Claims submitted outside of this window may not be honored.
