Wag Wize products are sold exclusively through wagwize.com. Any product bearing the Wag Wize name sold through third-party marketplaces including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, or any other platform is unauthorized and counterfeit. Purchases made through unauthorized sellers are not covered under any Wag Wize guarantee, policy, or warranty.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, or information purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Section 6 — Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, including your email address, shipping address, and payment information. Wag Wize is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
Section 7 — Shipping, Fulfillment & Order Cancellation
All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and Cancellation Policy available at wagwize.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees
- Fulfillment timelines may be extended during high demand periods without prior notice
- Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed
- Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been assigned, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances
- Contacting us to cancel does not guarantee cancellation as our fulfillment team operates independently of customer support

Section 8 — Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from Wag Wize, you agree to contact us at support@wagwize.com and allow up to 5 business days for resolution before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider.
Filing a chargeback without prior contact, or filing while a resolution is already in progress, is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable federal and state law. In all chargeback cases, Wag Wize will submit full documentation to your financial institution including order records, communication history, tracking data, delivery confirmation, and policy acknowledgments.
Wag Wize reserves the right to permanently ban any customer who files a fraudulent, premature, or bad-faith chargeback from making future purchases on wagwize.com.
Section 9 — Product Safety & Animal Health Disclaimer
Wag Wize products are supportive devices designed to provide external joint stabilization and mobility assistance. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition in animals.
Results vary based on the individual animal's age, breed, weight, severity of condition, consistency of use, and veterinary guidance. No specific health outcomes are guaranteed. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to consult a licensed veterinarian before using any Wag Wize product on an injured or ill animal and to supervise their animal at all times while any product is worn or in use.
Wag Wize is not liable for any injury, worsening of condition, adverse reaction, or other outcome experienced by your animal during or after use of our products. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for determining whether any Wag Wize product is appropriate for your animal.
Section 10 — Optional Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control. Any use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk. We shall have no liability arising from your use of any optional third-party tools.
